Reviews and Ratings
I had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially with the best view of Waikiki Beach from the room. The rooms, although a bit dated, were cozy and had good amenities. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being very helpful but others lacking in customer service skills. The location was superb, close to everything and within walking distance to most places. The dining was included and offered gourmet sandwiches, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms offered a breathtaking view of the mountains and even had a kitchen. Just a heads up, make sure to check about the bed's firmness; maybe they can replace it with a softer one! Although the rooms seemed slightly outdated, they were still comfy and clean, but the extra cost for a more modern look didn't seem worth it.
The hotel rooms are dated and badly in need of an overhaul with issues like a soft bed making a puddle on the balcony that wet the carpet inside. However, the service was helpful and friendly despite the lack of an elevator for guests during construction. The central location offers easy access to the beach and local restaurants, but the hotel seems shabby. Dining includes some vegan dishes, and the facilities need improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but some elements like the washroom and flooring were in need of repairs. The amenities were great, including a washer dryer on each floor, but the kitchen needed some upgrades like new taps and cooking tools. The lingering smell of stale cigarettes was a downside.
My stay at this hotel, managed by Koko Resorts, was a mix of ups and downs. The rooms needed some serious upgrades with black mold in the bathroom, ripped cushions, and missing tiles. On the bright side, it was a good spot for a family retreat. The service was exceptional, especially from the bell man, although other aspects like shops and laundry were so-so. The location was both excellent and a bit grubby, providing easy access to the beach and restaurants. The dining experience, while included, was quite basic with only nachos available. Facilities were lacking, needing new taps and kitchen upgrades, although the dining options were limited.
The hotel has a great location near the beach and shops. The rooms were nice and spacious, but some maintenance issues affected our stay. The service was mixed, with some helpful staff but also some negative interactions. Overall, a decent option for the price.
The hotel offers a good view and lanai in clean rooms with a kitchen, making it convenient for in-house dining. However, the beds were uncomfortable, necessitating the purchase of an air mattress for a restful sleep.
