I had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially with the best view of Waikiki Beach from the room. The rooms, although a bit dated, were cozy and had good amenities. The service was a mixed bag, with some staff being very helpful but others lacking in customer service skills. The location was superb, close to everything and within walking distance to most places. The dining was included and offered gourmet sandwiches, which was a nice touch. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.
